Baking Impossible

About Baking Impossible

Netflix's bakineering experiment pairs a baker with an engineer and demands desserts that actually work as machines: cakes that roll, launch, float, or survive a stress test. The judging panel is split by discipline the same way the teams are, so a build can nail the flavor and lose on structural failure. No other show in the genre makes frosting and physics fight this entertainingly.
